Refund Policy

At BerryBreaks, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receival of the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused with all security seals and stickers still in place. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or reference of your order identification number.

To start a return, you can contact us at Berrybreaksau@gmail.com. Once the return is established we will send a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the item is received and verified a refund will be processed follows by email verification.

Please note refund payments will not be processed until the package has arrived and is deemed in its original condition.

Damages and issues

At BerryBreaks we aim to provide the best customer experience, however if there is any damaged or incorrect items upon reception please contact us immediately at Berrybreaksau@gmail.com so we are able to rectify the situation. Customer complaints and queries will be attended to within 24 hours.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as magazines and all custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on products for change of mind.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds on any purchases made with Crypto Currency will be made to the equivelant amount of the sold value of the item, not the value or amount of the currency used.

BerryBreaks charges a 5% processing and handling fee on all accepted refunds. This will be deducted from your final refund amount.
