Shipping Policy

BerryBreaks aims to ship every business day, offering same day dispatch for all orders placed by 12pm AEST. Weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday. We offer one ‘flat rate’ shipping option domestically which is both express and tracked.

Express and tracked national shipping is $15.
International shipping is priced per order.

Berry Breaks uses Australia Post as our shipping provider. All items are sent express and with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched you will recieve a shipping confirmation notice via your allocated email address accompanied by a tracking number.

Whilst we endeavour to ship out your order within 24 hours, delivery times are Australia Post dependant. Due to both Covid-19 and natural disasters please allow for delays on part of Australia Post.
Please note, that BerryBreaks takes no responsibility in the loss or damage of an item caused by Australia Post.

Packing and Insurance

At BerryBreaks, the safe, undamaged arrival of your product is paramount. Individual or small-lot cards are packed using penny sleeves, top loaders, team bags and a padded mailer. Whilst larger items we will use penny sleeves, top loaders, One-Touch cases (Where applicable), bubble wrap and extra padding with an internal box.

All orders are emailed a tracking number. Express and tracked postage includes $100 insurance which is coverable by Australia Post. Thereafter, it is $2.50 per additional $100 of coverage.

Whilst BerryBreaks takes full responsibility for packaging the goods, we take no responsibility in the damage, loss or destruction of an item caused in transit due to Australia Post.

Express/Domestic shipping times

Due to the current shipping climate, express post shipping times are variable. If you are within the Australia Post Express Next Day Delivery Network (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html) your order should be received the next business day.  If not, it may take up to 3 business days.

Pre order/Back order items

‘Pre-order’ or ‘back-order’ products will be shipped within 1 business day of the time of arrival to BerryBreaks. The estimated release date on ‘pre-order'‘ or ‘back-order’ products is usde as a guideline only and may be subject to change pending (but not limited to), publisher shipping delays, supplier shortages or publisher manufacturing issues.

We endeavour to notify all customers affected whenever major delays occur and offer an appropriate remedy.

If your order contains both a preorder product and additional stocked items, please note that we will hold the entire order from dispatch or pick-up until the preorder product is stocked into our warehouse or the official release date for the preorder product has arrived.

Please note that as we will be splitting the original order into two separate orders, orders split for dispatch will incur an additional shipping charge on the applicable order generated for preorder products.
